Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EA Wealth Pro mobile app, web mentor portal and related services (the "Platform"). By registering an account, redeeming a licence key, subscribing to a membership or using any part of the Platform, you accept these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

EA Wealth Pro hosts your mentor's Expert Advisor (trading robot) on our cloud infrastructure and connects it to your own MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 brokerage account so trades execute automatically on your behalf.

We provide the hosting, licence-key system, dashboard, chart scanner, AI assistant and market news tools. We are not a broker, financial adviser or asset manager, and we do not hold, receive or control your funds at any point — your money stays with your broker.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. Accounts are personal to you and must not be shared or transferred.

Two-factor authentication may be required on your account, and the platform owner may approve, restrict, suspend or remove accounts at their discretion, including where these Terms are breached or payment verification fails.

Access to the Platform is offered as a single R550 once-off payment for lifetime access ("Membership"). Membership is activated after your payment is received and verified by our team.

Where we instruct you to pay by bank transfer or crypto, you must upload valid proof of payment. Subscriptions approved by the platform owner via password override bypass the payment page and are governed by the owner's discretion.

Membership fees are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.

Licence keys are issued by mentors through the mentor portal. Each key is single-use and locked to one platform (MT4 or MT5) and one account, and cannot be reused, resold or transferred.

To activate a strategy you must enter your mentor's ID (or email) and a valid licence key. The strategy made available through the key is owned and supplied by the mentor; EA Wealth Pro hosts and executes it but does not author, guarantee or endorse its performance.

Keys may be revoked by the mentor or the platform owner, and expired or revoked keys stop executing immediately.

When you link a live or demo MT4/MT5 account you confirm that you are the authorised holder of that account and that you permit us to place, modify and close orders on it according to the strategy and settings you configure.

You are solely responsible for choosing your symbols, lot sizes, number of trades and risk settings, and for ensuring your account has sufficient funds. The Platform executes what you configure — verify every setting before starting.

Trading foreign exchange, commodities and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. Leveraged trading can result in the loss of some or all of your deposited funds.

No trading strategy, robot, signal or AI tool can guarantee profits. Past performance — including backtests, dashboard statistics or mentor claims — does not guarantee future results.

Automated systems can fail. Network outages, broker server issues, market gaps, slippage and software errors can cause trades to execute differently than intended. Monitor your account and use prudent risk management.

EA Wealth Pro, its owners, mentors and affiliates accept no liability for trading losses, missed trades, execution errors or any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.

You agree not to: share licence keys or account credentials; reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the Platform; attempt to access other users' data or the mentor portal without authorisation; upload unlawful or fraudulent content (including fake proof of payment); or use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or broker terms.

Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Copy trading mirrors a mentor's executions into your account in real time. You accept that copied trades inherit the mentor's timing and your own latency, and results may differ between accounts.

Telegram signal posting, the AI chart scanner and AI assistant are informational tools. Their output — including entry, stop loss, take profit and confidence levels — is not financial advice, and you alone decide whether to act on it.

We target continuous hosting and high uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, brokers or integrations at any time, and may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Platform at any time by disconnecting your trading accounts and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment, or abuse of licence keys, with or without notice where reasonably required.
